The GEPF aims to process and pay out all benefit claims as promptly, efficiently and accurately as possible. You can help us do this by sending in properly completed claim forms and letting us know of any change in your personal details, such as when you marry, get divorced, have a child, lose a child, move to a new address, close a post box, and so on.
To update your membership details, please complete the Personal Particulars form (Z864) and hand it in at your employer’s Human Resources department.
Please remember to attach a certified copy of your bar-coded ID or valid passport (certified within the last six months) whenever you update your details with the GEPF.
